How To Send A Preview by Email

To send a preview of scheduled content by email, start by selecting or creating the scheduled content.

Select or create scheduled content​

  • In the Sidebar Menus, select Scheduled Content
  • If needed, click ADD NEW SCHEDULED CONTENT or select an existing one to update
  • Ensure all required details are filled out

Send preview by email​

  • Click on Preview
  • Click on the Scheduled Content event you would like to send to your email
  • On the pop-up modal click on Send Preview
  • Select the date to preview scheduled content on the Select Date date picker
  • Click Continue
  • On the modal that pop-up next, enter your email address and click send after you finish
  • Check your email after you get a success message
