Creating Scheduled Content

Creating scheduled content here makes it available in the VEE. To display it to visitors, also set up the Next.js Integration.
Creating New Scheduled Content
- Add Scheduled Content:
- Click on the "+" icon in the desired slot.
- Choose between creating new scheduled content or selecting from existing scheduled content.

- Choose Content Type:
- Select from Component Library: Choose from pre-built scheduled content components.
- Upload Image: Add your own image.
- Use Template: Select from pre-built responsive scheduled content templates with customizable variables.

- Enter Scheduled Content Details:
- Name: Give your scheduled content a descriptive name.
- Alternative Text: Add descriptive text for accessibility.
- Location: Specify where the scheduled content will appear (e.g., Home, PDP, PLP, or specific URL).
- WebSlot ID: Confirm the scheduled content slot identifier.

Configure Scheduled Content:
- If using Templates:
- Fill in required metadata fields (text, links, colors).
- Preview how the scheduled content will look.
- If using Image:
- Upload your image.
- Add any required URLs or click-through links.
- If using Templates:

Set Schedule:
- Define when the scheduled content should go live ("Online from").
- Set when the scheduled content should end ("Online to").
- Add multiple schedules if needed for different time periods.
- Assign schedule slots to control scheduled content positioning.

Preview and Publish:
- Review your scheduled content across all selected devices.
- Click "Publish" to publish your changes.
- The scheduled content will appear according to your schedule settings.
Using Scheduled Content Templates
Scheduled content templates provide a powerful way to create responsive, customizable scheduled content without writing code:

Select a Template:
- Click "Use Template" when creating new scheduled content
- Browse available templates by category
- Preview template examples

Configure Variables:
- Fill in template variables (text, colors, images, etc.)
- Each variable includes helpful descriptions
- See live preview as you make changes

- Templates automatically adapt to different screen sizes
