How To Hide a Category

Steps​

  • On the Sidebar Menu, open the E-Commerce dropdown
  • Select Categories
  • Find the category you want to hide
  • Use the hide / visibility control for that category
  • Confirm the change so the category no longer appears where category lists are used

If categories are missing, sync them from your commerce platform under Configuration (for example SYNC CUSTOMER GROUPS / category sync for SFCC). See SFCC Configuration.
