How To Copy Content
Access Copy
- On the Sidebar Menu, open Copy (may appear as a dropdown)
- Select the copy / replication dashboard
Copy immediately
- Choose the source and destination (if prompted)
- Click Replicate Now / Copy Now (or the equivalent action)
- Wait for the status to move from In Progress to Successful
- Confirm scheduled content and assets appear on the destination
Schedule a copy
- Choose Schedule (or Schedule Replication)
- Pick the date and time
- Confirm — the job appears in history as Scheduled and runs automatically
What gets copied

Copy overwrites matching content at the destination with source data. For web-to-web copies, site URLs inside scheduled content are updated to the destination base URL when both sites have a configured base URL.
